WHY I BUILT IT
Hiring is broken.
Resumes don't tell you much. Interviews are inconsistent. And most companies are making decisions with incomplete information.
We were already building systems for businesses, so naturally hiring came up.
The idea started simple. Build a better hiring pipeline. Something that takes applications, organizes them, and helps companies make faster, better decisions.
But we don't build in isolation.
We ran it through real use cases across a large number of active clients to see how it actually performs in the real world.
That's when it started to evolve.
WHAT I BUILT
A hiring system that goes far beyond resumes.
It starts with a standard application, then expands outward.
It pulls in:
Application data
Social profiles
Behavioral patterns
Personality indicators
Then layers in additional data signals:
Lifestyle indicators
Spending behavior
Income brackets (estimated)
Not exact numbers, but enough to build a clear picture of how someone lives and operates.
The result wasn't just a candidate profile.
It was a full behavioral snapshot.
WHAT HAPPENED
It worked.
It gave businesses a level of insight they normally don't have.
Hiring decisions became faster and more informed.
You could see patterns, tendencies, and signals that don't show up in a resume or interview.
From a pure performance standpoint, it did exactly what it was supposed to do.
WHAT DIDN'T WORK
It crossed a line.
Not technically. Ethically.
Once we saw how much it could pull together, it became clear how easily it could be misused.
It wasn't broken. It was too effective.
The gap between “useful” and “invasive” was smaller than it should be.
And once you see that, you can't ignore it.
So we shut it down.
CURRENT STATE
Fully built.
Not in use.
Deliberately killed.
Not because it failed, but because we chose not to keep going.
