Linktree raised their prices and people started complaining about it.
Even though I've never used Linktree, I saw that and thought it was kind of a dumb move.
After seeing it come up over and over again, I hit a point where I was like, fuck it… I'm bored, I'll just build one.
So I did.
It wasn't solving some big personal problem. It was just one of those moments where something simple exists, people are annoyed with it, and it's easy enough to recreate.
WHAT I BUILT
A simple link-in-bio tool.
You create a page, drop in your links, and share one URL that points to everything.
No extra features. No unnecessary layers. No trying to reinvent anything.
Just a clean page that does exactly what it's supposed to do.
WHAT HAPPENED
People started using it.
I don't track how many. I don't have metrics on it. I never cared enough to set that up.
It just exists, and people use it.
That's about it.
WHAT DIDN'T WORK
Nothing really “failed,” but there was also no reason to push it further.
I didn't build it because I needed it. I didn't build it to turn it into a business.
It was a quick build, not something I was interested in expanding or competing with.
CURRENT STATE
Live. Free. Still being used.
No active development. No roadmap. No plans to turn it into anything bigger.
Just a simple tool that came out of boredom and stuck around.
